Where have the past 4 years gone? It's so hard to believe Anna is 4. She has really been acting so mature (in some ways - HA) lately. It's so fun to have conversations with her, and she really keeps us laughing. These first pictures are actually the night before her birthday. We surprised her with a new bike. As you can tell, she was pretty happy!
The next day, Anna had a special day with Grandma. I got to meet them for lunch, which was really special for me too!
Our friend Mary met us for lunch too, and brought Anna a special birthday present.

After lunch, Grandma and Anna headed to the salon to get her hair cut and styled :)

We had a very low key party; Anna wanted princesses on her cake. So, I made the cake and Oma brought some old school barbies and princesses to put on top :)
Cousin Alec was happy to be there for the party!
It was a little windy that day, but the temperature was perfect!
